Job Title: Senior ML with Python Engineer

Position Overview:
As a Python Developer, Your role will be involve working with Django/Flask, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs) projects. We are
seeking a motivated and talented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Python and machine Learning,
especially NLP and LLMs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively participate in Python software development projects.
2. Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and solutions to enhance the
   capabilities of our applications and systems.
3. Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for language understanding and generation.
4. Work on cloud-based data analytics solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to process and
   extract insights from large datasets.
5. Providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a
   collaborative and innovative development environment.
6. Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best
   practices.
   7. Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems to ensure scalability,
   performance, and reliability.
7. Address complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues to drive efficient and effective
   solutions.
   9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software
   applications and systems.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation for projects, ensuring knowledge-sharing
   within the team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related
field.
Proven experience as a Python developer, with expertise in Django/Flask frameworks.
Strong proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience working with
Large Language Models (LLMs).
Knowledge and experience of machine learning and data science concepts.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey
complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing a team of developers.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Should have at least 4 years of experience of working with Python and must have 2+
years of experience in building, deploying and managing ML models.
A stronger interest in GenAI will be desired and any knowledge in this will be considered
as an advantage.
Knowledge of cloud-based data analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes will
be advantageous.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be a good advantage.
